Cooling and heating water treatment and high-performance filtration in a single mobile system
The Heaty Ferriline No. 2 has been developed for professional heating water treatment in existing installations and combines modern filtration and treatment technology in a compact, robust system. Thanks to the integrated hot water pump, the unit operates independently of the system and is ideally suited for use in a bypass configuration – even at higher water temperatures.
The integrated MAGella twister5, a high-performance dual filter, ensures a particularly high separation capacity for magnetite and other contaminants. A visual filter capacity indicator provides information at all times on the current level of contamination and the need for filter replacement. Additional hose connections enable a higher filtration rate and support efficient cleaning of the system.
A pressure-independent flow regulator ensures stable water parameters, whilst the integrated LED measuring cell reliably indicates the depletion level of the treatment resin. The new sampling tap allows the heating water to be checked quickly and easily prior to treatment.
In addition to the optimised hydraulics and automatic venting on the filter, the unit’s suitability for use on construction sites has also been further improved: the treatment tank is protected by a robust casing, and essential tools and documents are stored in a permanently mounted, heat- and water-resistant pouch directly on the unit.

The UWS Cloud Portal brings together system information, measurement logs and system messages on a single central platform for the first time.
All data from the WaterBoy App is automatically documented in accordance with standards and can be accessed at any time. At the same time, intelligent Heaven7 devices such as the Racun series or replenishment solutions such as the Heaty Complete PROfessional deliver important information directly to the cloud – for example, in the event of leaks or when Vadion pH-Control mixed-bed resin has been used up.
This creates digital documentation of system statuses and operating data – clear, structured and available at any time.
