A compact and practical solution for professional heating water treatment
The Heaty Mini pH LED is a compact and practical solution for professional heating water treatment in hot water systems up to 50 °C. It has been specially developed for service calls, maintenance work and small-scale filling and top-up operations, and stands out for its ease of use and high operational reliability.
With its 6-litre tank, filled with Vadion pH-Control, the Heaty Mini pH LED enables the desalination and pH stabilisation of system water in a single step. This allows the requirements of VDI 2035, ÖNORM H 5195-1 and SWKI BT 102-1 to be met quickly and reliably. The integrated LED measuring cell continuously monitors the condition of the treatment resin and provides timely notification when a resin change is required.
In addition to the LED measuring cell, the unit is equipped with a water meter to monitor the volume of treated water, shut-off valves, a sampling tap for easy water testing, and a funnel for convenient refilling of the treatment resin. A non-return valve, overflow protection and other safety components ensure reliable operation in day-to-day use.
Thanks to its compact design, low weight and integrated carrying handle, the Heaty Mini pH LED is easy to transport and can be used flexibly on site. This makes it the ideal solution for all applications where small volumes of water need to be treated quickly, safely and in accordance with standards.

All data from the WaterBoy App is automatically documented in accordance with standards and can be accessed at any time. At the same time, intelligent Heaven7 devices such as the Racun series or replenishment solutions such as the Heaty Complete PROfessional deliver important information directly to the cloud – for example, in the event of leaks or when Vadion pH-Control mixed-bed resin has been used up.
