We support you in the entire area of cooling water treatment

Professional cooling water treatment prevents corrosion with the help of desalination, softening and filtering. This is why UWS has developed treatment units that provide all the necessary components in one device. Many plumbers are familiar with UWS solutions for heating water treatment in accordance with VDI 2035, but only a few know that they can also be used to treat cooling water in accordance with VDI 6044 / BTGA 3.003.

No system is too small or too large for us. You can fill any size of system with our treatment devices. Whether you have a small cooling system with a capacity of 50 liters or a large cooling tower with a water capacity of several 100 m³, UWS Technologie has the perfect solution for everyone.

The operator thus reliably complies with the specifications and prevents corrosion. The treatment devices are suitable for both mobile and stationary use and can be booked or hired as a service.

The cooling water can be treated to meet the requirements of VDI 6044 and BTGA 3.003 without interrupting operation. The devices in the UWS Racun series for bulk filling work largely automatically and do not need to be supervised throughout the entire process. Of course, UWS also offers treatment units for smaller systems, such as the Heaty Ferriline No.2 and Heaty Small and Smart series.

The UWS Cloud Portal brings together system information, measurement logs and system messages on a single central platform for the first time.

All data from the WaterBoy App is automatically documented in accordance with standards and can be accessed at any time. At the same time, intelligent Heaven7 devices such as the Racun series or replenishment solutions such as the Heaty Complete PROfessional deliver important information directly to the cloud – for example, in the event of leaks or when Vadion pH-Control mixed-bed resin has been used up.

This creates digital documentation of system statuses and operating data – clear, structured and available at any time.
