Cooling systems must also always be supplied with the right amount of water. This is ensured by our make-up units in various system sizes.
With our various replenishment stations, it is very easy to treat the make-up water in accordance with VDI 6044. The digital display with simple menu guidance makes it easy to read off all values. When the system pressure drops, the filling combination automatically begins backfeeding the system with demineralised water.
For small systems, we recommend our Heaty Complete Advanced as well as the Heaty Complete Advanced XL. Both products are also available without a filling combination if a system separator is already available on site. Our Heaty Complete Home and Heaty Complete Home XL are also still available.

Cooling systems are also used in detached houses and apartment buildings. These are also an integral part of the industry all year round. If the cooling water is not of the right quality, this can lead to malfunctions, loss of efficiency and repair work. This leads to corrosion and deposits.
For medium-sized systems, we recommend our Heaty Complete Advanced or our Heaty Complete Home Duplex with 240 l/h filling capacity and a capacity – depending on the hardness of the water – of up to 5400 litres. The installed BA system separator prevents potentially contaminated water from flowing back out of the heating system. A pressure regulator ensures variable adjustment of the filling pressure.
The Heaty Complete Advanced XL enables automated backfeeding. The Heaty Complete Advanced has a digital display that makes it easy to read off values such as the capacity and the charge level of the battery. If the condition of the mixed bed resin becomes critical, an acoustic and visual alarm is triggered.
The product is also available without a filling combination if a system separator is already available on site.

The Heaty Complete GLT is a replenishment unit with capacity control and output of a message to the BMS. The message is issued in the event of resin depletion or issues with the measuring technology. You can conveniently set the limit value for the conductivity of the water on the display. Both ranges are also available without a filling combination if a system separator is already available on site.

With an innovative demineralization cartridge, the Heaty Complete series for large systems enables you to achieve sustainable heating water quality and thus maintain the efficiency of the system. Quite simply: with a controlled make-up water supply, where the depletion level of the resin is displayed via LEDs or the building management system, allowing you to draw conclusions about the salt content of the water.
