Mobile degassing of heating water offers tradespeople a cost-effective way of reducing time-consuming deaeration work with multiple arrival and departure times to a minimum. This saves time and money! Even with recurring “air problems” in heating systems, our mobile degassing device, the Heaty VAC, can be used flexibly and for short periods to guarantee optimum degassing.

There are several reasons for degassing systems: The gas displaces the heating water, which means that particularly remote radiators no longer heat up properly. In addition, the heating system often no longer reaches the optimum operating pressure.

The result: heating costs rise. The pump of our vacuum deaerator continuously draws system fluid from the heating system. The device then creates a vacuum and releases the dissolved gases. The gases are vented via the ventilation flap. Our integrated make-up system ensures safety during degassing.

The vacuum degasser is quick and easy to install and connect, and can be individually adjusted to any system in just a few simple steps.
