The specially developed Vadion pH-Control mixed-bed resin reliably achieves the recommended water parameters in accordance with VDI standards. In addition to complete desalination to a conductivity of less than 100 μS/cm, the resin also ensures a stable pH value within the recommended range – for both stainless steel systems and systems with aluminium components.

Vadion pH-Control is suitable for water temperatures ranging from 3 to 80 °C and can therefore be used not only for the treatment of make-up and top-up water, but also in a bypass process for the subsequent treatment of heating water. In this process, residual hardness and dissolved salts are effectively removed from the system – ensuring optimum water quality and long-term, reliable system operation.

Our Vadion pH-Control is a mixed-bed resin which, in addition to demineralising the water to < 100 μS/cm (equivalent to 0–2 °dH), also ensures that the pH of the feed water remains within the required range. It can be used at water temperatures ranging from 3 to 80 °C. This means that existing residual hardness and dissolved salts in the heating water of a heating system can also be removed in a bypass system at temperatures up to 80 °C.
