MAGella Side Stream Filter

The MAGella Side Stream Filter is a filter unit for the permanent filtration of water using the bypass method in heating systems.
The bypass process does not affect the volume flow in the respective system.
The MAGella Side Stream Filter is used for magnetite separation and ultra-fine filtration.
If the filter capacity, pressure or temperature is exceeded, an alarm is triggered and the filter unit is switched off immediately.

MAGella Side Stream Filter:
Continuous water filtration using the bypass method in cooling and heating systems
The MAGella Side Stream Filter is a high-performance filter unit designed for continuous water treatment in heating systems. As it is integrated into the bypass circuit, only a partial flow of the system water is routed through the filter unit, meaning that the flow rate in the actual heating system remains unaffected and normal operation is not disrupted.
The filter unit combines effective magnetic separation with ultra-fine filtration, thereby removing both magnetic and non-magnetic contaminants from the system water. This helps to reduce deposits, protect sensitive system components and improve operational reliability in the long term.
To ensure safe operation, the MAGella Side Stream Filter continuously monitors key operating parameters. If defined limit values for filter capacity, pressure or temperature are exceeded, a visual and audible alarm is triggered automatically. At the same time, the filter unit is shut down immediately to prevent damage to the system or the filter technology.
