The Heaty Complete PROfessional is the world’s first smart IoT make-up system incl. Cloud connection incl. 5-year Complete PROfessional package. It works fully automatically because it permanently monitors the set make-up quantity. If too much is added, it switches off automatically and a warning message is sent to the HVAC company or operator via the cloud portal and via e-mail.
The make-up station offers plumbing companies, housing associations and industrial companies, among others, numerous advantages during commissioning and ongoing operation. The fully automatic replenishment system with leakage protection ensures trouble-free operation and saves unnecessary service calls. Leakage protection prevents uncontrolled water leaks and costly damage to buildings. The replenishment process is controlled via three parameters and stopped in good time as soon as one of these is exceeded.
The digital water meter records treated and untreated water and documents, for example, the amount of untreated make-up water that has been refilled by third parties in the event of a warranty claim.

If the smart cloud make-up system detects an unexpected drop in pressure or increased make-up quantities, a warning message is sent to the cloud and a proactive notification is sent to the installer or operator. The Heaty Complete PROfessional warns of low resin capacity. Early intervention can prevent costly consequential damage.
