The MAGella 100 magnetite separator is a compact magnetite filter for removing system contamination in heating and cooling systems. It removes all types of contamination that usually occur in these systems. It protects the boiler and helps to maintain optimum operation and efficiency of the system.
The MAGella MG 100 makes use of a unique magnetic core to maximise the contact time between the circulating contaminants and the powerful neodymium iron boron magnets. The MAGella Side Stream Filter is a fully automatic filter unit with integrated MAGella twister and is used for the permanent filtration of water using the bypass method in heating systems. The flow rate is not affected by the bypass process. The device controls the flow rate via the integrated pump. The device is used for magnetite filtration as well as sludge and fine filtration of non-magnetic parts.
If the filter capacity, pressure or temperature is exceeded, an alarm is triggered and the appliance is switched off immediately. There is no better way to improve heating water quality.
