The Heaty Complete PROfessional is the world’s first smart IoT replenishment system with cloud connection and 5-year Complete PROfessional package. It works fully automatically because it permanently monitors the set replenishment quantity. If too much make-up is added, it switches off automatically and a warning message is sent to the HVAC company or operator via the cloud portal and by email.
The replenishment station offers plumbing companies, housing associations and industrial companies, among others, numerous advantages during commissioning and ongoing operation. The fully automatic replenishment with leakage protection ensures trouble-free operation and saves unnecessary service calls. The leakage protection prevents uncontrolled water leakage and costly damage to buildings. The make-up process is monitored via three parameters and stopped in good time as soon as one of these is exceeded.
The digital water meter records treated and untreated water and documents the amount of untreated make-up water that has been topped up by third parties, for example in the event of a warranty claim.
The Heaty Complete PROFessional XL with 1.5 litres of mixed bed resin is available for larger heating systems.
Proactive alerts thanks to eSIM
The intuitive menu navigation helps you avoid installation errors and makes it easier to replace cartridges. Thanks to the integrated eSIM, the cloud connection takes place automatically via the mobile data network – even in the basement, without any Wi-Fi, app or other network infrastructure. All data and messages can be conveniently accessed via the cloud portal. If the smart cloud replenishment system detects an unexpected drop in pressure or increased replenishment quantities, a warning message is sent to the cloud and a proactive notification is sent to the tradesperson or operator. The Heaty Complete PROfessional also warns of low resin capacity. Early intervention can prevent costly consequential damage.
Simple registration
To be able to use all the functions of the Heaty Complete PROfessional, simply register the replenishment system in the cloud portal using a QR code on the device. Or you can install the water replenishment system, put the device into operation and then register it later from the comfort of your office. Heating filling
To fill smaller heating systems, you do not need an additional treatment device on site to fill the system in accordance with VDI 2035, ÖNORM, SWKI. In addition, initial filling can be carried out easily by one person thanks to the intuitive menu navigation and automatic replenishment in the event of a pressure drop. This saves time and money.
