Your 5-year Complete PROfessional Package
When you purchase a Heaty Complete PROfessional, you automatically receive the 5-year Complete PROfessional Package. This includes all the costs of the cloud connection. The Heaty Complete PROfessional automatically connects to the UWS master cloud (only in German) via the integrated eSIM module as soon as the terms and conditions have been confirmed on the device. You do not need to take any further steps to set up the communication connection to the cloud.
The package allows you to conveniently utilise all the benefits of this unique IoT replenishment. You can monitor all the parameters of your replenishment via the cloud portal. It also includes the automatic dispatch of 2 additional top-up cartridges within the 5-year term. After that, you can easily extend the package.
The UWS Cloud Portal
The centrepiece of the IoT-enabled water replenishment system is the cloud portal (only in German), which provides a central interface for all relevant data and messages. From monitoring the replenishment system to notification of events that require intervention, the portal offers a user-friendly platform for HVAC employees and operators. In addition, push notifications are sent for all events that require intervention. This enables potential problems to be identified and resolved at an early stage, preventing costly breakdowns and optimising operating processes. For example, the replacement of a cartridge can be planned well in advance.
The registration
Registration of make-up via the QR code on the appliance or on the packaging
Simply scan the QR code. You will be redirected to the registration page of the cloud portal and the serial number will be transferred automatically (in the background). Create a customer account there (“Create new account”) or log in (“Register”) if you already have an account. After logging in or registering, the message “The serial number is available and can now be registered” appears at the top of the next page. Then enter the required data. In the reference field, you can enter all the information you need to easily assign your installed Heaty Complete PROfessional, e.g. customer address or construction site address.
Important: The two free refill cartridges will be sent to the address you enter here. That’s it!
