L-BOXX PST measuring case
Measuring case for annual mandatory testing of the system separator. Functions to be tested are tightness, start of opening of the relief valve, tightness of the relief valve, venting of the medium-pressure zone to atmospheric pressure and the tightness of the outlet side
- High-precision differential pressure gauge with a resolution of 5 mbar for recording the required trigger pressure of > 140 mbar.
- All-in-one unit with fine control valve for checking the start of opening and closing of the relief valve of the safety fitting.
- Self-closing quick connectors for connecting the test hoses enable the test to be carried out quickly and easily.
- Overpressure-safe differential pressure measurement chamber up to 7°bar on the plus and minus side of the unit.
- Documentation template for the test report as a printed and digital template – available with company imprint on request.

The measuring case is a test unit developed by UWS Technologie GmbH, which enables the annual maintenance of the functionality of system separators of the type BA to be carried out quickly, safely and easily, as required by both sets of European standardisation regulations (DIN EN 806 / DIN EN 1717) and the national supplementary standard DIN 1988 Part 100. The test is carried out in accordance with DVGW recommendation twin 02 in order to guarantee the function of these safety fittings at all times.
